Yike! We’re already into October and I’m just now posting the October Bite Size quilt. The Material Girlfriends were all down in Livermore having a blast at the Alden Lane, Quilting in the Garden show. We played and sewed and taught each other our own 12″ designs for the Bite Size Quilts. Each MG selected a different month. Wait until you see them all!! I’ll post the Happy Jack pictures when I can. New from the Material Girlfriends team, is Bite Size Quilts. Every month we’ll share a free Bite Size Quilt pattern. The Bite Size Quilt is a small 12″ square perfect to hang in the small Wire Table Stands.

This quarter, September through December, we’re exploring different techniques in machine appliqué. The first September Bite Size Quilt was created by Material Girlfriend, Carolyn Wooldridge. A class was taught at In Between Stitches, Livermore, by Lisa Norton. We had sew much fun!!
